Hello, I’m Heba

I am a Certified Nutritionist Coach, Personal Trainer, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist accredited by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Jordan.
